To obtain the latest version of any style collection follow the steps below based on your particular operating system.

StyleGuard for Windows Show installation information for Windows

  1. Start Word
  2. Click on the StyleGuard Menu item
  3. Click on the button "Browse Collections"
  4. Click on the style collection to view its current detailed information and to check if there is an update available.

Important Release Notes: The 2016 AP Stylebook collection relies on new features in the latest StyleGuard software. If you haven't updated StyleGuard in 2016, now is the best time to do so. You can obtain the new release by clicking here or by visiting the "Download" page.

StyleGuard for Mac Show installation information for Mac

  1. Start StyleGuard
  2. Click on the Style Collections button
  3. If there's an "Update" button under the AP Stylebook collection, click it to update your style collection

Important Release Note(s): All users who have a version of StyleGuard for the Mac prior to January 2016 will need to uninstall their current version and then install the latest release. You can obtain the new release by clicking here or visiting the "Download" page.
